| December 2004 – Nia Class (new day!) Due to popular demand, beginning in December we'll offer a Nia class on Saturdays at noon. We're now offering Massage! Scott Kunce, our new instructor, also offers massage for $60 per hour, available Monday afternoons and Fridays 7:00am to 1:00pm. |

Join us for beginning/intermediate mat at 9am on Mondays & Wednesdays after you drop off the kids, or just to get the day off to a great start. Try our new Wunda Chair class Mondays at 6:30pm. See how such a small piece of equipment can transform your body in a huge way! Improve your vitality and have fun by attending Nia and Qi Gong classes. A new session of Qi Gong is starting September 13th with a second session starting October 25th. Nia classes are ongoing, Wednesdays at 6pm. |
