The Feldenkrais Method® uses awareness and guided movement to help you improve flexibility, coordination, efficiency, and breathing, and to affect habits that contribute to strain or pain. You will also find that patterns of thinking can be affected as you learn to create options, come to trust your internal authority more deeply, and coordinate all parts of yourself towards your goals. Awareness Through Movement® classes are verbally directed movement explorations. Movements are easy & gentle, allowing you to become aware of new options as they slowly increase in complexity. Functional Integration® private sessions involve gentle, non-invasive touch to address your concerns and curiosities. Need Gift Ideas? How about a Golden Pilates gift certificate?
